- Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or account details; PayPal shares only confirmation of your payment with us.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address in order to reply.
How we use your information
We use your information only to schedule and deliver your sessions, respond to your messages, and send booking-related communications (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Our website relies on trusted third parties that process data under their own privacy policies: Cal.com (scheduling), PayPal (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and email routing). We encourage you to review their policies.
Data retention & your rights
We keep booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hola@ancestrosakashicos.com.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
